Picking pumpkins in the desert
In Phoenix, there are not many, if any, real pumpkin patches. The local Botanical Gardens puts on The Great Pumpkin Festival each year and they bring in lots of pumpkins for the kids to choose from. There are other fun activities for the kids to do too, including the hayride to the pumpkin patch, the hay maze, a petting zoo and decorating pumpkins. Here Nana came along for the fun!
